Requires:  12 Shirts


Couch Throw Blanket
Size:  40" x 58"
Requires:  6 Shirts


Pillows
Size: 12.5" Square
Requires:  1 Shirt - 14.5" square
                or 9 Shirts - 4.75" squares
                (i.e. pocket logos)

Shirt Requirement
Shirts will be cut to a 14.5" square
(design/logo must fit within 13.5" square)


Order Requirement
- Please wash all shirts (but worn or stained shirts give a certain uniqueness to it)
- Do not cut shirts.
- If shirt has a design on both sides, clearly mark which side to be used (i.e. pin a label on shirt).
- Clearly separate shirts for each product ordered (i.e. put in different bags)
